Hey all you distance runners!

I am interested in upping my mileage but am short on long run loops and out and back routes. Can any of you superstars out there show me the way? I know there are some interesting routes out there between Palmer Fishhook and Palmer Wasilla Highway but I'm not sure where all the connections are.
