I cannot tell you how much of a fan I am of Rolfing!!! I started rolfing around 2000 when I was having a lot of hip pain and I also suffer from terrible tailbone pain. My life, budget and schedule don't allow regular visits and I haven't gone since I had my twins, but I will
always recommend the experience. And a good rolfer will help you understand how your everyday actions can screw up your body and guide you with exercises that will influence the sessions. You will become even more aware of your body than you already may be and I say go for it!!
