Pearl Izumi Whisper Jacket

I saw the Pearl Izumi jacket that we (vwrt) purchased last year for sale at www.reioutlet.com for something like $46.83. These jackets run very small (I bought a large, Kristin has a medium-just to give some perspective). It can also be shipped to the REI in Anchorage for free. I know there are people interested in getting a coat to have stitched on their own....

Running Fabrics

Hi Ladies! As a new runner, I am always wearing whatever I have. Our gorgeous weather hasn't caused any overheating yet...but what am I to look for when buying clothing for running? What fabrics? What layers and how many? Where to shop? How much is too much to spend? (So, I don't get ripped off) Any advice will help!

Since I'm under-endowed, this is not a big issue for me but as I competitively horseback ride and show, it comes up regularly with the horse ladies who are *ahem* 'voluptuous'. (Me, I'm the one that when the instructor yells 'stick your chest out!' has to say 'I AM ALREADY!').

These are ladies who compete and look fabulous sitting a fast trot on big horses, so you know they know ...

Just an FYI.
I recently purchased some of REI's OXT shorts and I have to say they are my FAVORITE shorts ever. No bunching, no chafing, not too short or revealing...just perfect. They are a little pricey ($35) but so far very worth it.
