			<title>Road shoes?</title>

			<description>Ladies:

I normally only buy trail shoes, the tougher the better. But I also need road shoes as some idiot (!) signed me up for a marathon 100% on pavement in December. Last year I ran it in trail shoes and did okay, but it probably would be much smarter to have a real pair of road shoes.

So, suggestions?

The trail shoes I LOVE are Mizuno Wave Ascends, if that makes any difference. Very stiff, lots of traction.

What would be a good road shoe to look at?

Thanks! </description>
