This is what Michael & I have been up to on Thursday eve's. Very casual ride - If you are up here join us. Valera 733-4444 eve or 733-9216 days

It’s not a club or a group, it’s a ride, if you can’t make all of them that’s fine, if you can only make one… great!

The schedule is there to let you where we are riding, and what kind of bike you should have for the ride.

Thursday Night Bike Ride

Every Thursday Night at 6:00pm (rain or shine!)

Rides will be around 15 miles

Awesome!!!! I just watched the t-views (YouTube videos) about handlebar setup and gearing. I can't wait to watch the others too - lubing and cleaning, what to put in your saddlebag, frame design. And I guess there are podcasts too in t-chatter. The gearing video was really informative - anyone confused about shifting should definitely watch this.

For those of you needing an excuse to go to work stinky and sweaty, Thursday is Bike to Work Day. Since I work on Fairview Loop and wish to live another day, I'll have to settle for wearing my "I Want To Ride My Bicycle" TShirt.

Does anyone have a bike stand I could borrow for the Gold Nugget Tri? I am debating utilizing my friend's roadbike (instead of my hybrid w/ kickstand) but need to get hold of a stand... I am not handy enough to make one, as folks have suggested, and I'd rather not make a special trip to Anch just to obtain one for what will likely be a one-time thing.

Any assistance would be great!

Just want to let everyone know that there will be a standing road ride every Wednesday night starting at 6:15 at Backcountry Bicycles in downtown Palmer-101 E Arctic.

There will be a new route each week. Everyone can ride at their own pace 30 min out and 30 min back.

Last night was our first night with about 9 of us taking a nice cruise around Palmer and the Springer system. It's a great way to get comfortable with riding on the road with traffic and to get to know more of our local ...
