Hi Everyone,
Come play ultimate frisbee tomorrow (Wednesday) at the Palmer High School practice field at 6:30pm. Bring any friends or family you can think of. Come for as little or long as you like. And run as hard or cherry pick as much as you want. Smile Spread the word..... If you have never played you can learn in literally two minutes. If you cant catch or cant throw that can be fixed as well.
