The following information was relayed by Sergeant Ketterling of the Palmer Police Department.
Oct 10th 2008: A woman hiking alone in the Mat-Su River Park in Palmer was approached by a male who then exposed himself to her.The description of the suspect is a while male, late 20’s to early 30’s, facial hair, fit, and at the time wearing a yellow hooded sweatshirt and a beanie style hat.
