On her first place finish in the women's 60-64 age class at Lost Lake on Saturday, August 22, on her birthday!

Vera knows how to celebrate in style -- the Lost Lake run on a gorgeous sunny day with a phenomenal finish despite a nasty fall on the downhill stretch.

VWRT had a stellar turnout for the race and congratulations to Mary Barratt also for her age class win -- not just the women's, but overall.

It was a great day, good company and a good cause.
